ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within (3) business days.  Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST.  Orders received after 5pm PST will begin order processing the following business day.

ORDER SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Expedited shipping is available upon request and at an additional fee.  Shipping costs are based on total order weight and dimensions.  Bourne Paper Co. does not charge handling fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Bourne Paper Co. gladly accepts returns and exchanges within (7) business days of receipt.  Return authorization is required.  Please email hello@bournepaper.co to request a return.  All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.  Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

Once your return is received, you will be issued a refund via your original method of payment.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please note, it may take up to (10) business days for your refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
